These images and videos are from an unreleased project that I had the pleasure of being a Principle Technical Artist for. They represent a tool for generating ivy mesh assets. The bulk of placements can be handled by a standard set of pieces generated by the tool, but it can also handle more bespoke arrangements specific to a given level or structure.

The blueprint tool uses the dynamic geometry plugin and a basic card mesh as an input. Level artists are able to model simple blockout representations with in editor modeling and then run it through the tool to output polished ivy static meshes.

After being baked down the tool and blockout geometry are marked as editor only to allow them to exist in the level in case of re-editing without bloating shipping levels.
